Description
This Turkish milk pudding, also known as Muhallebi, is a simple and delicious dessert that is prepared in the Thermomix®. With ingredients like milk, flour, cornstarch and sugar, it is easy to prepare and ideal for any occasion. Preparation takes about 30 minutes and results in a creamy dessert that can be enjoyed warm or cold. Perfect as a dessert or sweet snack.

200 g Flour

130 g Cornstarch

360 g Sugar

2 Packungen Vanilla sugar

250 g Cream
-
1 EL Butter
Preparation (4 steps)
Add ingredients to the mixing bowl
Add 2 l milk, 200 g flour, 130 g cornstarch, 360 g sugar, 2 packets of vanilla sugar and 250 g cream to the mixing bowl.
Thicken milk pudding
Close the mixing bowl and thicken the milk pudding in thickening mode at 80°C. Wait until the temperature on the display drops to 70°C.
Add butter
Add 1 tbsp butter and stir for 10 sec/speed 3.
Let cool
Transfer the milk pudding to a bowl and let it cool. Sprinkle with cinnamon as desired.
