Description

This berry alkaline muesli is a quick and healthy breakfast, ideal for a good start to the day. It is vegan, vegetarian and rich in vitamins and minerals. With fresh or frozen blueberries, banana, figs, almonds, hemp seeds, tiger nuts and almond milk, it is easy to prepare and perfect for one person.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 100 g Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 0.5 piece Banana
  • 2 piece dried Figs
  • 1 tbsp ground Almonds
  • 2 tsp hulled Hemp seeds
  • 2 tsp ground Tiger nuts
  • 200 ml Almond milk

Prepare ingredients

If the blueberries are frozen, let them thaw beforehand. Cut half the banana and the dried figs into small pieces.

Prepare muesli

Put 100 g blueberries (fresh or frozen), ½ banana (60 g), 2 dried figs (20 g), 1 tbsp ground almonds (10 g), 2 tsp hulled hemp seeds (10 g), 2 tsp ground tiger nuts (8 g) and 200 ml almond milk into the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec./speed 3.
