Description
Delicious Nutella muffins, perfect for birthdays or coffee breaks!
Ingredients (8 ingredients)

200 g Sugar

2 Stück Eggs
-
125 ml Oil
-
125 ml Milk
-
200 g Flour
-
25 g Cocoa
-
2 TL Baking powder
-
150 g Nut-nougat cream
Preparation (6 steps)
Beat sugar and eggs until frothy
Put 200 g sugar and 2 eggs into the mixing bowl and beat for 3 min./level 4.
Add oil and milk
Add 125 ml oil and 125 ml milk and stir for 20 sec./level 3.
Mix flour, cocoa and baking powder
Put 200 g flour, 25 g cocoa and 2 tsp baking powder into the mixing bowl and stir for 30 sec./level 4.
Stir in Nutella
Add 150 g nut-nougat cream and stir in for 20 sec./level 3 reverse. Use the spatula to push down from the edge and repeat if necessary.
Fill dough into muffin tins
Fill the dough into 12 muffin tins.
Bake muffins
Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 175°C top/bottom heat for approx. 20 minutes.
