Description
With this Thermomix® recipe, you can make juicy chocolate muffins in no time. The main ingredients are butter, sugar, eggs, flour, and cocoa. 120 ml Milk

200 g flour

25 g cocoa powder

2 TL baking powder

100 g chocolate chips
Preparation (8 steps)
Preheat oven
Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat.
Cream butter with sugar and vanilla sugar, beat until fluffy with eggs
Add 125g butter, 150 g sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar and 2 eggs to the mixing bowl and beat until fluffy for 3 min/speed 3.
Add milk
Add 120 ml milk and stir for 20 sec/speed 2.
Mix dry ingredients
Mix 200 g flour, 25 g cocoa powder and 2 tsp baking powder in a separate bowl.
Stir in dry ingredients
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients in the mixing bowl and stir for 30 sec/speed 3. If necessary, help with the spatula.
Fold in chocolate chips
Add 100 g chocolate chips to the mixing bowl and stir in for 10 sec/Reverse/speed 2.
Fill muffin cups with batter
Divide the batter evenly among 12 muffin cups.
Bake muffins
Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Do a toothpick test!
