Description
These chocolate muffins are a delicious treat for any occasion. With simple ingredients and quick preparation, they are ideal for afternoon cake or as a sweet snack in between. The recipe yields 12 servings and is perfect for anyone who loves chocolate.
Ingredients (7 ingredients)

100 g Powdered sugar

1 Pkg Vanilla sugar

100 g Butter

100 g Baking chocolate

50 g Flour
Preparation (5 steps)
Melt chocolate and butter
Add butter and baking chocolate in pieces to the mixing bowl and melt for 3 min./50°C/speed 2. Then let cool to lukewarm.
Beat eggs
Add eggs, powdered sugar and salt to the mixing bowl and beat until very frothy for 4 min./speed 4.
Fold in chocolate mixture
Slowly add the cooled chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and fold in for 1 min./speed 2.
Stir in flour
Add flour and stir in for 30 sec./speed 3.
Bake muffins
Fill the dough into muffin tins and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C top/bottom heat for approx. 20-25 minutes.
