Description
These Nutelotti cookies are a delicious pastry for the Christmas season. The preparation is simple and quick with the Thermomix®. The cookies are ideal as a dessert or finger food and are particularly suitable for those with a sweet tooth. The baking time is only 10 minutes.
Ingredients (6 ingredients)

180 g Nutella

1 Stück Egg

150 g Flour
-
2 TL Oil

120 g Nutella
-
30 g chopped Nuts or Almonds
Preparation (6 steps)
Prepare dough
Put 180 g Nutella and 1 Egg into the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./speed 3.
Add flour
Add 150 g Flour and knead for 2 min./kneading level.
Add oil
Add 2 tsp Oil and knead in for 30 sec./kneading level.
Shape cookies
Shape the dough into balls and flatten them slightly. Press a hollow into the middle.
Prepare filling
Put 120 g Nutella into a small piping nozzle and fill the hollows of the cookies with it.
Decorate and bake
Sprinkle the cookies with 30 g chopped Nuts or Almonds and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees top/bottom heat for 10 min.
