Description

This chocolate drink with marshmallows, prepared in the Thermomix®, is a warm dessert beverage with chocolate coating, whole milk, and whipped cream. Refined with cinnamon and topped with marshmallows and chocolate shavings, it's ideal for winter and festive occasions. In just 15 minutes, 4 servings of this delicious drink are ready. Perfect for cozy evenings or as a sweet surprise for the family.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

200 g Chocolate coating (dark or milk chocolate)
1 l Whole milk
200 g Whipping cream
0.5 TL Cinnamon
2 EL Sugar
1 EL Marshmallows (small)
1 EL Dark chocolate shavings

Preparation (5 steps)

Chop chocolate coating

Roughly chop 200 g of chocolate coating (dark or milk chocolate) and place in the mixing bowl. Chop for 5 sec./speed 5. If necessary, scrape down the sides with the spatula.

Prepare milk mixture

Add 1 l whole milk, 0.5 tsp cinnamon, and 2 tbsp sugar to the mixing bowl and heat for 8 min./90°C/speed 2.

Melt chocolate

Thermomix® Setting

2 min/122°F/Speed 2 50

Add the chopped chocolate coating to the milk mixture and stir for 2 min./50°C/speed 2 until the chocolate is completely melted.

Whip cream until stiff

Thermomix® Setting

2 min/Speed 3.5

Add 150 g whipping cream to the mixing bowl. Insert the butterfly whisk and whip until stiff for 2 min./speed 3.5. Transfer the whipped cream to another bowl.

Serve cocoa

Divide the cocoa among 4 mugs. Add some of the whipped cream to each mug. Garnish with 1 tbsp marshmallows (small) and 1 tbsp dark chocolate shavings and serve.
