Description

These stuffed eggs are a delicious and colorful appetizer, perfect for the Easter table! I always prepare them with great enthusiasm, because they are simple to make and everyone likes them. The creamy filling based on egg yolks, mayonnaise, olives and capers is a real triumph of flavors. The decoration with cloves and carrots makes them truly adorable. An original idea to amaze your guests and bring a touch of joy to the table. They are prepared in a short time and can be customized with the ingredients you prefer. Try them, you won't regret it!

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 6 piece Whole eggs
  • Capers
  • Green olives in brine
  • Mayonnaise
  • Cloves
  • Carrots

Preparation (7 steps)

Cook the eggs

Put the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook for 8 minutes. After the time has elapsed, transfer the eggs to cold water to stop cooking.

Peel the eggs

Gently peel the hard-boiled eggs, being careful not to break the egg white.

Prepare the filling

Cut the eggs in half and gently remove the yolks. Put the yolks in the Thermomix bowl.

Chop the ingredients

Add the capers and pitted green olives to the bowl. Chop for 3 Sec./Stufe 5.

Mix the filling

Add the mayonnaise to the bowl. Mix for 10 Sec./Stufe 3.

Stuff the eggs

With damp hands, form balls of filling and insert them into the egg white halves. Cover with the other half of the egg.

Decorate the eggs

Insert two cloves to form the eyes. Make some legs from the carrots and place them on the serving dish.
