Description

I love preparing trifolati mushrooms! This oven version, made with the help of our trusted Thermomix®, is a real success. The mushrooms, seasoned with garlic, parsley, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper, release an irresistible aroma. Perfect as a side dish for a second course of meat or fish, but also delicious served on toasted bread croutons for a delicious aperitif. The preparation is simple and quick, ideal for an impromptu dinner or a light lunch. A vegetarian dish that will conquer everyone, even the most skeptical!

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 600 g fresh mushrooms
  • 1 clove finely chopped garlic
  • chopped parsley
  • olive oil
  • pepper
  • fine salt

Preparation (6 steps)

Cleaning and preparing the mushrooms

Carefully clean 600 g of fresh mushrooms, removing the final part of the stem and, if present, the skin of the cap. Cut the mushrooms into not too thin slices and transfer them to a bowl.

Chop the garlic

Insert 1 clove of garlic into the bowl and chop finely: 3 Sec./Stufe 7.

Add the ingredients

Add the sliced mushrooms, chopped parsley to taste, olive oil to taste, fine salt to taste and pepper to taste to the bowl.

Mix the mushrooms

Gently mix with the spatula to evenly distribute the seasoning. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.

Baking in the oven

Bake in a preheated oven at 185°C for 12 minutes. Halfway through cooking, stir the mushrooms to ensure even cooking.

Serve

Once ready, serve the oven trifolati mushrooms hot. Excellent on their own or on toasted bread croutons.
