Description
This airy tangerine cake is a delicious baking recipe that is ideal for the winter season. With simple ingredients and a preparation time of about an hour, an aromatic cake is created. Preparation (4 steps)
Stir eggs, sugar and vanilla
Put 4 items eggs, 1 cup sugar and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla into the mixing bowl and stir for 3 min./level 4.
Add juice and oil
Put 1 cup tangerine juice and 2/3 cup oil into the mixing bowl and stir for 20 sec./level 3.
Mix flour, cornstarch and baking powder
Put 2 cups flour, 1 tablespoon cornstarch and 2 teaspoons baking powder into the mixing bowl and stir for 20 sec./level 4.
Bake dough
Put the dough into a suitable baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (gas oven) or 160°C (electric oven/table oven) for about 45 minutes.
