  • Chopped pork ribs
  • Peeled fresh broad beans

  • 1 piece red pepper in wide strips
  • 1 piece Grated tomato
  • Sweet paprika
  • Ground saffron
  • Ground or fresh sprig rosemary
  • Oil and salt
  • Water

Sauté the ribs and pepper

Remove the pepper and reserve

Remove the pepper from the Thermomix bowl and reserve to garnish the paella at the end. Leave the ribs in the bowl.

Add artichokes and broad beans

Add the chopped artichokes and peeled fresh broad beans to the Thermomix bowl. Sauté for 5 Min./Varoma/Reverse rotation/Spoon speed.

Add sweet paprika, ground saffron, ground or fresh sprig rosemary, salt and water to cover the Thermomix bowl. Stir with the spatula. Cook for 20 Min./100°C/Reverse rotation/Spoon speed.

Add the rice

Add the rice to the Thermomix bowl and stir with the spatula to distribute well. Cook for 18 Min./100°C/Reverse rotation/Spoon speed.

Let the paella rest inside the Thermomix for 5 minutes. Garnish with the reserved pepper strips on top before serving.
