  • 200 g Chicken (chicken breast fillet)
  • 100 g Chorizo
  • 1 Zwiebel Onion
  • 1 Rote Bell pepper
  • 2 Zehen Garlic
  • 2 EL Olive oil
  • 2 EL Tomato paste
  • 250 g Paella rice (or risotto rice)
  • 0.5 TL Saffron threads
  • 1 TL Paprika powder
  • 1 Prise Salt
  • 1 Prise Pepper
  • 500 ml Fish stock
  • 200 g Shrimp (ready to cook)
  • 200 g Mussels (precooked)
  • 100 g Peas (frozen)
  • 1 Zitrone Lemon

Prepare the vegetables

Peel the onion and quarter it. Wash, core and coarsely chop the bell pepper. Peel the garlic.

Add tomato paste and sauté for 1 min/120°C/speed 1.

Add rice, saffron threads, paprika powder, salt and pepper.

Sauté the rice

Sauté everything for 2 min/120°C/speed 1.

Deglaze with broth

Deglaze with fish stock and simmer for 20 min/100°C/Reverse speed/speed 1. Leave the measuring cup in place.

Add seafood and peas

Add shrimp, mussels and peas and simmer for another 5 min/100°C/Reverse speed/speed 1. Leave the measuring cup in place.

Fry the meat

Fry the chicken and chorizo in a separate pan.

Add meat

Add the fried chicken and chorizo to the paella in the mixing bowl and carefully fold in.

Serve

Serve the paella with lemon wedges.
