Description

This garlic bread is an explosion of flavor! I often prepare it for aperitifs with friends or as an accompaniment to an informal dinner. The combination of melted butter, aromatic garlic and fresh parsley is simply irresistible. Preparation is super fast with the Thermomix®, which helps me to finely chop the ingredients and create a homogeneous mixture in a few seconds. The bread, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, is perfect to enjoy warm. A tip? Try adding a pinch of chili pepper for an extra touch! Ideal for an evening with friends or a Sunday brunch.

Ingredients (5 ingredients)

  • 1 piece loaf of bread
  • 220 g softened butter
  • 4 clove garlic
  • 25 g grated cheese
  • chopped parsley

Preparation (4 steps)

Garlic in the bowl

4 cloves of garlic in the bowl and chop for 3 Sec./Speed 7.

Add 220 g of softened butter, 25 g of grated cheese and chopped parsley to taste in the bowl. Mix for 20 Sec./Speed 3.

Spread the bread

Cut 1 loaf of bread in half lengthwise. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over both halves of the bread, covering the entire surface to the edges.

Baking in the oven

Place the bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 10-12 minutes, until the bread is nicely golden and toasted.
