Description

Ingredients (14 ingredients)

  • 2 piece eggs
  • 20 g sugar
  • 15 g bitter cocoa
  • 150 g flour
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 pinch fine salt
  • 8 g baking powder
  • red food coloring
  • vanilla extract
  • butter for cooking
  • 200 g creamy fresh cheese
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • vanilla extract

Eggs and sugar in the bowl

20 Sec./Speed 4

Insert 2 eggs and 20 g of sugar into the bowl. Add vanilla extract to taste and mix for 20 Sec./Stufe 4.

Addition of dye and cocoa

15 Sec./Speed 3

Add 15 g of bitter cocoa and red food coloring to taste in the bowl. Mix for 15 Sec./Stufe 3.

Flour and milk in the bowl

30 Sec./Speed 4

Add 150 g of flour and 200 ml of milk to the bowl. Mix for 30 Sec./Stufe 4.

Salt and yeast

Thermomix® Setting
10 Sec./Speed 3

Add 1 pinch of fine salt and 8 g of baking powder to the bowl. Mix for 10 Sec./Stufe 3.

Cooking the pancakes

Heat a lightly buttered non-stick pan. Pour a ladle of pancake batter into the hot pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown. Repeat until all the batter is used up. This step is not performed in the Thermomix.

Preparation of the frosting

Insert 200 g of creamy fresh cheese and 100 g of powdered sugar into the bowl. Add vanilla extract to taste and mix for 20 Sec./Stufe 3.

Decoration

Transfer the frosting to a piping bag. Decorate the pancakes with cream puffs and sprinkle with bitter cocoa to taste. This step is not performed in the Thermomix.
