Description
This Thermomix® recipe for Airfryer Garlic Bread is a delicious side dish or a quick snack. Made with baguette, butter, garlic, and herbs, it's ready in just 20 minutes. 50 g Butter, softened

2 Stück Garlic cloves, pressed

1 TL Dried herbs (e.g. parsley, oregano)

Salt to taste

50 g Grated cheese (e.g. Mozzarella or Parmesan)
Preparation (6 steps)
Prepare Baguette
Halve the baguette or ciabatta lengthwise.
Chop Garlic
Place 2-3 garlic cloves in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 7.
Mix Garlic Butter
Add 50 g soft butter, 1 tsp dried herbs (e.g. parsley, oregano) and salt to taste, and mix for 20 sec./speed 3.
Spread Butter on Bread
Spread the garlic butter evenly on the bread halves.
Add Cheese (optional)
Optional: Spread 50 g grated cheese (e.g. Mozzarella or Parmesan) on the bread.
Airfryer
Bake the bread in the air fryer at 180°C for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
