Description

This house bread recipe for the Thermomix® succeeds with just a few ingredients: lukewarm water, wheat and rye flour, salt, bread spice and fresh yeast.   • 500 g wheat bread flour 1600
  • 500 g rye flour 960
  • 20 g Salt
  • 1 TL bread spice
  • 20 g fresh yeast

Prepare water

Add lukewarm water to the mixing bowl.

Prepare dough

Add wheat bread flour, rye flour, salt, bread spice and fresh yeast to the mixing bowl.

Knead dough

Let dough rest

Let the dough rest covered in the mixing bowl for about 1 hour.

Divide and knead dough

Remove the dough from the mixing bowl, divide into two parts and knead well again.

Form loaves and let rest

Form round loaves from the dough pieces and let the breads rest for about 10 minutes.

Bake bread

Spray the loaves with water and bake in a preheated oven at 210 degrees for about 45 minutes with plenty of steam.
