Description

Simple and healthy oat-curd rolls for breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients (5 ingredients)

  • 100 g Whole grain oat flakes
  • 100 g Low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 Stück Lemon
  • 1 TL Baking powder
  • 1 Stück Egg

Preparation (6 steps)

Preheat oven

Preheat oven to 180 °C fan oven.

Prepare lemon

Wash lemon, grate zest and squeeze juice from one half.

Prepare curd mixture

Put low-fat curd cheese, lemon juice, 1 tsp lemon zest and egg into the mixing bowl and mix.

Prepare dough

20 sec/Speed 4

Add oat flakes and baking powder and knead everything into a homogeneous dough.

Let the dough swell

Let the dough swell for about 15 minutes.

Form and bake rolls

Form small rolls, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and cut in a cross shape. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
