Description

Tarte flambée rolls from the Thermomix® are a hearty snack with bake-off rolls, spring onions, sour cream and Gouda. 6 Stück Bake-off rolls
3 Stück Spring onions
400 g Sour cream
150 g Gouda (grated)

Preparation (4 steps)

Chop spring onions

3 sec/Speed 5

Put the spring onions in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5.

Stir in sour cream

Add the sour cream to the chopped spring onions in the mixing bowl and stir for 10 sec./speed 3.

Add Gouda

Add the grated Gouda to the sour cream mixture in the mixing bowl and stir in for 5 sec./speed 2.

Top and bake the rolls

Halve the bake-off rolls and spread with the sour cream and cheese mixture. Bake the topped rolls in a preheated oven at 200°C top/bottom heat for approx. 10 minutes until the cheese has melted and is lightly browned.
