Description

With this Thermomix® recipe, you can easily create delicious yeast rolls in no time. The main ingredients are flour, fresh yeast, milk, butter and sugar. Preparation in the Thermomix® takes a total of 95 minutes, with the active working time being only about 20 minutes. The recipe yields 10 rolls and is ideal as a side dish or for a cozy family meal.   • 580 g Flour (Type 550 or 405)
  • 1 TL Salt
  • 1 EL Sugar
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 50 g Butter
  • 20 g fresh Yeast
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 EL Milk (for brushing)
  • 3 EL Sesame

Prepare ingredients

580g flour, 1 tsp salt and 1 tbsp sugar into the mixing bowl.

Heat milk

Add 300 ml milk to the mixing bowl and heat for 2 min./37°C/speed 1.

Add butter and yeast

Add 50 g butter and melt for 1 min./37°C/speed 1. Add 20 g fresh yeast and mix for 30 sec./37°C/speed 2.

Add egg

Add 1 egg and mix for 10 sec./speed 3.

Knead dough

Knead for 2 min./kneading stage.

Let dough rise

Let the dough rise in the mixing bowl for 1 hour.

Shape rolls and let rise

Remove the dough from the mixing bowl and form 10 rolls. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and let rise for 20 minutes.

Brush and bake rolls

Whisk 1 egg and 1 tbsp milk and brush the rolls with it. Sprinkle with 3 tbsp sesame seeds. Bake in the oven at 180°C top and bottom heat for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
