Description

This Pasta Aglio e Olio recipe is a quick and easy dish of Italian cuisine, ideal for student kitchens.   • 200 g Spaghetti
  • 4 piece Garlic cloves
  • 0.5 piece Chili pepper (red)
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Pepper
  • 1 bunch Parsley

Chop garlic and chili

Add 4 garlic cloves and 1/2 chili pepper (deseeded) to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 7. If necessary, scrape down from the edge with the spatula.

Sauté garlic and chili

Add 6 tbsp olive oil to the chopped garlic and chili in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Cook pasta

In the meantime, cook 200 g spaghetti al dente in a separate pot with salted water according to package directions. Save the cooking water.

Add pasta and cooking water

Drain the cooked spaghetti, collecting about 50 ml of cooking water. Add the spaghetti and cooking water to the garlic-chili oil in the mixing bowl. Add 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper and mix for 2 min./100°C/reverse rotation speed 1.

Arrange the Pasta Aglio e Olio on plates and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
