Description

This Thermomix® recipe for pasta with creamy bell pepper sauce is a quick and easy vegetarian main course. The sauce is based on onions, bell peppers, crushed tomatoes, and cream cheese. In just 30 minutes, including 20 minutes of preparation time, you can conjure up two servings of delicious pasta. Ideal for light cuisine or a quick family meal.

  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 1 Zehe Garlic
  • 1 EL Oil
  • 1 Stück Bell pepper
  • 250 g Crushed tomatoes
  • 100 g Cream cheese
  • 0.5 TL Salt
  • 0.25 TL Pepper
  • 0.5 TL Paprika powder
  • 1 TL Agave nectar
  • 200 g Pasta, cooked

Preparation (6 steps)

Chop onion and garlic

Place onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Add garlic and chop for 3 sec./speed 7.

Add crushed tomatoes, cream cheese, salt, pepper, paprika powder and agave nectar and cook for 10 min./100°C/speed 2.

Add cooked pasta to the mixing bowl and mix for 3 min./90°C/Reverse speed speed 1.
