Description

The Pasta Tuna Pot from the Thermomix® is a quick and inexpensive main course for student cuisine. With just a few ingredients like pasta, tuna, onions and tomatoes, a hearty meal is created in just 15 minutes. The recipe is ideal for light cooking and yields 4 servings. Thanks to the simple preparation in the Thermomix®, it is perfect for cooking beginners.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 2 Dose Tuna in its own juice
  • 130 g Drained weight tuna
  • 250 g Pasta
  • 400 g Chopped tomatoes (canned)
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 EL Chopped basil (frozen)

Preparation (3 steps)

Chop onion

Peel and quarter an onion and place in the mixing bowl. Then chop for 3 sec./speed 5. If necessary, use the spatula to scrape down from the edge.

Add all ingredients and cook

Drain 2 cans of tuna in its own juice (drained weight approx. 130 g each) and add to the mixing bowl together with 250 g pasta (preferably short pasta), 400 g chopped tomatoes (canned), 500 ml vegetable broth and 2 tbsp chopped basil (frozen).

Cook pasta

Thermomix® Setting
10 min/212°F/Speed 1/Linkslauf 100 Reverse

Cook all ingredients for 10 min./100°C/speed 1/Reverse blade without the measuring cup. Stir occasionally through the lid opening with the spatula to prevent sticking.
