Description

I love making fresh pasta myself! It's easier than you think and simply tastes incomparably better than store-bought. With this recipe, the dough succeeds in the Thermomix® in no time at all. The pasta is perfect for a quick lunch or a festive dinner. Whether with a simple tomato sauce, pesto or a creamy cheese sauce – the possibilities are endless. The dough can also be prepared well and stored in the refrigerator. So you always have fresh pasta at hand. Try it out, it's worth it!

Ingredients (4 ingredients)

  • 200 g of flour
  • 2 piece eggs
  • 1 c. à c. of olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt or fine salt

Preparation (4 steps)

Mix ingredients

Put 200 g flour, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon olive oil and a pinch of salt into the mixing bowl and process for 2 min./kneading level to a smooth dough.

Let the dough rest

Remove the dough from the mixing bowl, form into a ball, wrap in cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Shape pasta

After the resting time, roll out the dough into thin sheets with a pasta machine and cut into the desired shape (e.g. tagliatelle, spaghetti). Alternatively, the dough can also be rolled out and cut with a rolling pin.

Cook pasta

Cook the fresh pasta in boiling salted water for about 2-3 minutes until al dente. Cover with a cloth until used.
