Nothing beats homemade fresh pasta! With this simple and quick recipe, make perfect pasta dough thanks to your Thermomix®. The texture is incredible and the taste incomparable. I have been using this recipe for years and it always has its effect. Ideal to accompany your favorite sauces, these fresh pasta will bring a touch of authenticity to your meals. The dough is easy to work with and keeps well in the refrigerator. A real treat for Italian food lovers!
Ingredients (4 ingredients)

300 g of flour

1 c. à c. of fine salt

3 piece eggs

1 c. à s. of water
Preparation (5 steps)
Preparation of ingredients
Put the flour and salt in the Thermomix® bowl.
Addition of eggs and water
Add the eggs and water to the Thermomix® bowl.
Kneading the dough
Knead the dough for 2 minutes in kneading mode.
Resting the dough
Remove the dough from the Thermomix®, form a ball, lightly flour it, wrap it in a cloth and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Use of the pasta machine
Follow the instructions of the pasta machine to spread and cut the pasta.
