Description

This lasagna pasta with shrimp and pesto is a delightful twist on a classic Italian dish. I've been making this recipe for years, and it's always a hit! The combination of broken lasagna noodles, succulent shrimp, and vibrant pesto creates a symphony of flavors that's both comforting and exciting. It's quick and easy to prepare, making it perfect for a weeknight dinner or a casual gathering with friends. The shaved Parmesan cheese adds a touch of elegance and richness. Feel free to add other vegetables like zucchini or spinach for extra nutrients. Enjoy!
