Description
This chocolate cake Cecile is a simple and delicious recipe for a juicy cake with chocolate and hazelnut flavor. The preparation is straightforward and succeeds quickly with the Thermomix®. The cake is ideal for coffee parties or as a dessert and is especially suitable for lovers of chocolate cake. The baking time is about 1 hour.

1 EL Cocoa powder

3 EL Chocolate powder drink

100 gr Ground hazelnuts

1 Tasse Milk
Preparation (4 steps)
Mix butter, eggs and sugar until fluffy
Add 100 g butter, 2 eggs and 250 g sugar to the mixing bowl and mix for 3 min./level 4 until fluffy.
Add flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and chocolate powder drink
Add 250 g flour, 1 pack baking powder, 1 tbsp cocoa powder and 3 tbsp chocolate powder drink to the mixing bowl and stir in for 1 min./level 3.
Add hazelnuts and milk
Add 100 g ground hazelnuts and 1 cup of milk to the mixing bowl and stir in for 30 sec./level 2.
Bake dough
Pour the batter into a suitable baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 1 hour.
