Description

  • 500 g Fried Potatoes
  • 250 g Onions
  • 100 g Ham
  • 50 g Salami
  • 2 Stück Eggs
  • 50 g Cheese
  • 4 Stück Fish fingers
  • 50 g Fish
  • 0.01 Prise Nutmeg
  • 40 g Oil
  • 100 ml Milk

Preparation (7 steps)

Prepare onions

Place 250g onions with the Wundermix WunderSlicer V2 on the mixing bowl lid and slice with the fine disc. Catch the cut material.

Sauté onions

Add 40g oil to the mixing bowl and add the onions. Sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Prepare potatoes

Place 500g fried potatoes with the Wundermix WunderSlicer V2 on the mixing bowl lid and slice with the coarse disc. Catch the cut material.

Fry potatoes

10 min/248°F/Speed 1 248°F

Add the potato slices to the onions in the mixing bowl and fry for 10 min./120°C/speed 1, stirring occasionally.

Add more ingredients

Add 100g ham, 50g salami, 2 eggs, 50g cheese, 4 fish fingers, 50g fish and a pinch of nutmeg to the potatoes and fry for another 5 min./100°C/speed 1, stirring occasionally.

Froth 100 ml milk with the Wundermix MilkiMizer in the mixing bowl at 80°C/speed 3.5 for 2 minutes.
