  • 500 g pasta (large elbows or shells)

  • 200 g pink lentils

Peel and cut the onion in half. Peel the garlic clove.

Add the pink lentils (200 g) and a little oil to the Thermomix bowl. Mix 1 Min./Stufe 1/Linkslauf.

Cooking the lentils

Add the hot vegetable broth (25 cl), the liquid cream (20 cl) and the thick fresh cream (3 tbsp) to the Thermomix bowl. Cook 35 Min./100°C/Stufe 1/Linkslauf.

Seasoning and adding the savory

After cooking, add the chopped savory, salt and pepper to the Thermomix bowl. Mix 10 Sek./Stufe 2/Linkslauf.

Cooking the pasta

While the lentils are cooking, cook the pasta (500 g) in a saucepan of boiling salted water. Drain the pasta.
