Description

A quick and easy pasta dish with minced meat, yoghurt and a spicy butter sauce.

Ingredients (14 ingredients)

  • 400 g Noodles
  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 2 Zehen Garlic
  • 2 EL Olive oil
  • 400 g Ground beef
  • 2 EL Tomato paste
  • 3 EL Butter
  • 2 EL Sweet paprika powder
  • 300 g Yoghurt
  • nach Geschmack Salt
  • nach Geschmack Pepper
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Parsley
  • Mint

Preparation (7 steps)

Chop onion and garlic

Thermomix® Setting

Peel, quarter the onion and place in the mixing bowl with 2 cloves of garlic. Chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Use the spatula to scrape everything down from the edge.

Sauté onion and garlic

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/248°F/Speed 1 120

Add 2 tbsp olive oil to the onions and garlic in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Fry minced meat (NOT in the Thermomix!)

Season 400 g ground beef with salt and pepper in a pan and fry. Add the sautéed onions and garlic from the Thermomix and fry briefly. Stir in 2 tbsp tomato paste and roast briefly. Then stir in 1 ladle of pasta water.

Prepare butter sauce

2 min/122°F/Speed 1, 10 sec/Speed 2 50

Melt 3 tbsp butter in a small saucepan and stir in 2 tbsp sweet paprika powder. Alternatively, the butter can also be melted in the Thermomix: Place 3 tbsp butter in the mixing bowl and melt for 2 min./50°C/speed 1. Then add 2 tbsp sweet paprika powder and mix for 10 sec./speed 2.

Prepare yoghurt

Mix 300 g yoghurt in a bowl with the remaining garlic (from step 1).

Cook pasta (NOT in the Thermomix!)

Cook 400 g pasta according to the package instructions, then drain and collect 1 ladle of pasta water.

Arrange

Distribute the pasta on the plates. First add the yoghurt, then the minced meat and then the butter sauce. Serve with cherry tomatoes, parsley and mint.
