Description
Delicious creamy pasta dish with mushrooms and bacon.
Ingredients (12 ingredients)

200 g Pasta
-
150 g Bacon
-
200 g Mushrooms
-
1 Stück Onion
-
1 Zehe Garlic
-
100 ml Cream
-
100 ml Vegetable broth
-
1 EL Olive oil
-
0.5 TL Salt
-
0.25 TL Pepper
-
0.125 TL Nutmeg

1 EL Parsley
Preparation (7 steps)
Chop onion and garlic
Add onion to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 5. Add garlic and chop for 3 sec./level 7.
Sauté onion and garlic
Add olive oil and sauté for 3 min./120°C/level 1.
Fry bacon
Fry bacon crispy in a separate pan. Set aside.
Add and sauté mushrooms
Add mushrooms to the mixing bowl and sauté for 5 min./120°C/level 1.
Add cream, broth and spices
Add cream, vegetable broth, salt, pepper and nutmeg to the mixing bowl and cook for 8 min./90°C/level 2.
Add pasta
Add cooked pasta and fried bacon to the mixing bowl and stir in for 2 min./90°C/reverse rotation level 1.
Serve
Serve pasta garnished with fresh parsley.
