Description
This simple pasta dish is perfect for a quick and satisfying lunch or an uncomplicated dinner. The combination of hearty sausage, aromatic tomato sauce and fresh herbs makes this pasta a real comfort food. I often make this variation when I need to be quick and everyone needs to be full. Preparation in the Thermomix® is super easy and saves time. If you like it a little spicier, you can add a pinch of chili. Ideal for the whole family!
Ingredients (12 ingredients)

500 g Tube pasta

1 Tube/n Tomato paste

1 piece Onion, chopped

2 Zehe/n Garlic
-
1 Ring/e Pork sausage

to taste Salt

to taste Pepper

to taste Paprika powder, mild

to taste Paprika powder, hot

to taste Oregano
-
to taste Basil
-
Butter or Olive oil
Preparation (6 steps)
Chop onion and garlic
Put a large onion in pieces and 2 cloves of garlic into the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Use the spatula to push everything down from the edge.
Sauté onion and garlic
Add some oil to the onions and garlic in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.
Prepare pork sausage
Cut the pork sausage into cubes and fry crispy in a pan with some oil. Set aside.
Prepare sauce
Add the fried pork sausage cubes, a tube of tomato paste, salt, pepper, mild and hot paprika powder, oregano and basil to the mixing bowl and stir for 5 min./100°C/speed 2 reverse.
Cook pasta
Cook 500 g tube pasta according to package directions in salted water. Drain and return to the pot.
Mix pasta and sauce
Add the cooked pasta to the sauce in the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./speed 3 reverse.
