Description
Quick and easy peanut butter spaghetti.
Ingredients (14 ingredients)

200 g Spaghetti
-
1 Zwiebel Onion
-
1 Zehe/n Garlic
-
1 EL Oil
-
4 EL Peanut butter
-
2 EL Soy sauce
-
1 EL Honey
-
1 EL Lime juice
-
1 TL Sambal Oelek
-
1 TL Sesame oil
-
2 EL Peanuts, chopped

1 TL Sesame
-

-
Pepper
Preparation (6 steps)
Chop onion and garlic
Put onion into the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 5. Push down with the spatula. Add garlic and chop for 3 sec./level 7. Push down with the spatula.
Sauté onion and garlic
Add oil and sauté for 3 min./120°C/level 1.
Prepare peanut butter sauce
Add peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, Sambal Oelek and sesame oil and stir for 5 min./100°C/level 2.
Season and finish sauce
Season with salt and pepper and stir for another 2 min./100°C/level 2.
Mix spaghetti with sauce
Put cooked spaghetti into the mixing bowl and fold in for 2 min./reverse/level 1.
Serve
Arrange spaghetti on plates and sprinkle with chopped peanuts and sesame.
