Description

Ingredients (3 ingredients)

2 Chicken breast fillet(s)
3 EL Soy sauce
1 EL Honey

Preparation (3 steps)

Prepare marinade

Thermomix® Setting

10 sec/Speed 3

Add 3 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp honey to the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec/speed 3.

Marinate chicken breast

Place the 2 chicken breast fillets in a bowl and pour the marinade from the mixing bowl over them. Mix well so that the meat is completely covered. Leave to marinate for at least 5 minutes.

Fry chicken breast

Fry the marinated chicken breast fillets in a pan over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through. The cooking time is approx. 5-7 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the fillets.
