Description

I love preparing this creamy pasta with crab pulp! It is a simple and quick dish, perfect for a midweek dinner when you have little time. The crab pulp, combined with cream and tomato puree, creates an enveloping and tasty sauce. I always add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors. If you want, you can enrich the dish with a little fresh chopped parsley at the end.   • 320 g Penne
  • 200 g Natural crab pulp
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 200 g Tomato puree
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 5 gambi Parsley stalks
  • 30 ml Extra virgin olive oil (EVO)
  • 1 pinch Salt

Sauté garlic and parsley stalks

Pour a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil into the bowl. Add a clove of garlic and the parsley stalks. Sauté for 3 Min./120°C/speed 1.

Remove garlic and parsley

Remove the garlic and parsley stalks from the bowl with tongs.

Prepare sauce

Add the natural crab pulp, cream, tomato puree and salt to the bowl. Cook for 7 Min./100°C/speed 2.

Season pasta

2 min/194°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 90 Reverse

Add the al dente cooked pasta to the bowl with the sauce. Gently mix for 2 Min./90°C/reverse rotation speed 1 to flavor.
