Description

Quick and easy small pancakes, high in protein.

Ingredients (4 ingredients)

  • 4 Stück Eggs
  • 250 g Low-fat curd cheese
  • 60 g Triple protein shake vanilla or chocolate, sweetened, cinnamon
  • 1 TL Baking powder

Preparation (3 steps)

Mix eggs and curd cheese

20 sec/Speed 3

Add eggs, curd cheese and cinnamon to the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./speed 3.

Mix triple protein shake and baking powder

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Speed 2

Add triple protein shake and baking powder and stir in for 10 sec./speed 2.

Bake pancakes

Heat a coated pan. Use a spoon to place three small, flat amounts of dough side by side in the pan and bake the pancakes side by side. Turn the cakes when the dough bubbles and the edge turns slightly brownish. Bake for approx. 3 minutes on each side at medium temperature.
