50 g Sparkling mineral water
Preparation (3 steps)
Mix milk and eggs
Add 450 g milk and 3 eggs to the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./speed 4.
Add and mix remaining ingredients
Add 250 g flour, 1 pinch of salt and 50 g sparkling mineral water and mix for 30 sec./speed 4.
Bake pancakes
Heat fat in a pan and gradually bake the dough in it. Sprinkle with sugar as desired and serve.
