Description

Dieser Pflaumen-Streusel-Auflauf ist ein herrlich einfaches Dessert, das besonders im Herbst mit frischen Pflaumen schmeckt. Die Kombination aus saftigen Pflaumen, einem leicht zimtigen Teig und knusprigen Streuseln macht ihn zu einem absoluten Lieblingsrezept. Ich mache ihn gerne, wenn ich Besuch bekomme, weil er sich gut vorbereiten lässt und im Ofen dann ganz von alleine fertig backt. Wer mag, kann noch eine Kugel Vanilleeis dazu servieren. Ein Gedicht!

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 0.75 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.33333333333333 cup white sugar
  • 0.33333333333333 cup chopped walnuts
  • 0.25 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups sliced fresh plums
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preparation (5 steps)

Butter schmelzen

Place ¼ cup of butter in an 8-inch baking pan. Place the baking pan in the preheated oven at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) until the butter melts, about 2 minutes. Remove the baking pan from the oven and set aside.

10 sec/Speed 4

Add ¾ cup all-purpose flour, ⅓ cup white sugar, ⅓ cup chopped walnuts, ¼ cup rolled oats, 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and ¼ teaspoon salt to the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 10 Sec./Stufe 4.

Add 1 cup milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract to the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 20 Sec./Stufe 3 until a batter forms.

Auflauf schichten

Pour the batter into the baking pan over the melted butter. Arrange 3 cups of sliced fresh plums over the batter. Sprinkle the top with ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon.

Auflauf backen

Bake in the preheated oven at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) until the batter is golden brown, the fruit is bubbling, and a knife inserted into the batter comes out clean, about 45 to 50 minutes. Cool to room temperature before serving.
