Description

These rogues are a classic Christmas pastry that is filled with jam. The recipe is easy to prepare and is perfect for the whole family. The cookies are a delicious snack for in between or as a dessert. The preparation takes about 75 minutes and yields a large portion.

Ingredients (4 ingredients)

500 g Flour
350 g Butter
150 g Sugar
2 piece Egg yolk

Prepare dough

Thermomix® Setting

2 min/Kneading speed

Add 500 g flour, 350 g butter, 150 g sugar and 2 egg yolks to the mixing bowl and process for 2 min./kneading level to form a dough.

Chill dough

Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Cut out and bake cookies

Roll out the dough and cut out cookies. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for approx. 10-12 minutes.
