Description

“Pilmeni” relies on water, salt, egg, onions for a harmonious aroma. The dish is ready to serve in about 70 minutes. The quantity is enough for approx. 3 portions, ideal for sharing. It is flexibly suitable for various nutritional styles. Thermomix® steps ensure precise textures and reproducible results. Tip: Round off the finish with fresh herbs or lemon.

  • 140 ml Water
  • nach Geschmack Salt
  • 1 Stück Egg
  • 360 g Flour
  • 2 Stück Onions
  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 1 TL Salt
  • 1 Prise Pepper
  • 75 g Water

DOUGH 1. Put all dough ingredients (water, salt, egg and flour) in the mixing bowl and 2 min. /kneading stage. 2. Pack the finished dough in a bag ((airtight). Let rest for about 1 hour. FILLING 3. Put onions in mixing bowl and 4 sec. /speed 6 - slide everything down from the mixing bowl rim and again 4 sec. / speed 6. 4. Add minced meat, salt, pepper and water and 1 min. /kneading stage. 5. Place the dough on a floured work surface, follow into a ball and divide. 6. Roll out the first ball to fit the pilmeniza. Lightly flour the pilmeniza and place the dough with the floured side on top. Use a teaspoon to place the meat filling in the hollow, roll out another ball and place it on the pilmeniza with the side without flour. Roll over the pilmeniza with a rolling pin. Remove the dough at the edge and set aside. Then turn over, knock lightly on the work surface and let the pelmeni fall out.

Cooking

Bring water to a boil. Throw in 1-2 bay leaves When the water boils Carefully put pilmeni in (otherwise it will splash with hot water) When it boils again and pilmeni float on top, cook for about 5-6 min Ready Serve hot With butter or sour cream
