Description

This pizza with fresh vegetables is a real ray of sunshine on a plate! I often prepare it in the summer, when the garden vegetables are at their peak. The dough, prepared with the Thermomix®, is incredibly soft and light. The vegetables, lightly sautéed, bring a touch of sweetness and crispness. The fresh ewe's cheese adds a creamy and slightly tangy note that goes perfectly with the homemade tomato sauce. A drizzle of olive oil and a few fresh basil leaves enhance the whole thing. It's a convivial and tasty dish, perfect for a family lunch or a dinner with friends. Feel free to vary the vegetables according to your desires and the season!

Ingredients (16 ingredients)

  • 175 g flour
  • 5 cl milk
  • 5 cl water
  • 5 g baker's yeast
  • 1 c. à s. olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt or fine salt
  • 150 g tomato sauce
  • 50 g parmesan
  • 50 g fresh ewe's cheese
  • 10 piece cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 piece courgette
  • 0.25 piece red pepper
  • 0.25 piece green pepper
  • 1 bunch basil leaf
  • 1 c. à s. olive oil
  • 1 filet olive oil

Preparation of the pizza dough

Pour the milk and water into the Thermomix® bowl. Add the baker's yeast. Mix 2 Min./37°C/Stufe 2.

Adding dry ingredients

Add the flour, olive oil and salt to the Thermomix® bowl. Knead 3 Min./Knetstufe.

Dough rest

Remove the dough from the bowl, form a ball and place it in a salad bowl. Cover with a towel and let it rest in a warm place for about 1 hour, until it doubles in volume.

Vegetable preparation

While the dough is resting, cut the courgette, red pepper and green pepper into small dice. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Sauté the vegetables in a pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil for a few minutes. Season.

Oven preheating

Preheat the oven to 220°C.

Pizza assembly

Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough. Arrange the vegetables on the dough as well as small pieces of ewe's cheese. Finish the pizza with the parmesan and chopped basil. Add a drizzle of olive oil.

Pizza cooking

Bake the pizza in the preheated oven at 220°C for 15 to 20 minutes.
