Description

This pizza dough for the Thermomix® is made with only a few ingredients: water, yeast, salt, olive oil and pizza flour. The recipe from the Pizza and Main Course/Bread category is ready in 90 minutes, with an active working time of only 5 minutes. The dough is enough for 4 servings. Ideal for preparing pizza for the whole family.

Ingredients (5 ingredients)

  • 400 ml Water
  • 20 g fresh Yeast
  • 1.5 TL Salt
  • 20 g Olive oil
  • 600 g Pizza flour

Preparation (1 steps)

Prepare yeast dough

- Water and yeast in the mixing bowl and 3 min./37° Grad/Level 1 - add remaining ingredients and knead 5 min./dough setting - Remove yeast dough from the mixing bowl and divide into portions. Fold each portion well and then press well at the bottom so that the air from folding remains in the dough. If the dough is still too sticky, use some more flour. - Cover dough portions and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
