Description

This creamy potato broccoli pan is a hearty and vegetarian main course that is ready in about 30 minutes. The dish is ideal for a quick lunch or dinner and is well suited for using leftover cooked potatoes. The pan is rich and filling, perfect for cold days.

Ingredients (16 ingredients)

  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 1 Stück Garlic cloves
  • 2 Stück Garlic cloves
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 350 ml Milk
  • 1 EL Butter
  • 2 EL Oil
  • 1 EL Flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika powder
  • 0.5 Stück Vegetable cubes
  • 1 TL Vegetable powder

Preparation (7 steps)

Prepare potatoes

Peel 500 g potatoes, dice and cook in salted water until al dente. Divide broccoli into small florets.

Chop onion and garlic

Place 1 onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 5. Add 1-2 garlic cloves and chop for 3 sec./level 7.

Add 1 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp oil to the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/level 1.

Stir in flour

Add 1 tbsp flour and stir for 1 min./100°C/level 2.

Deglaze with cream and milk

Add 200 ml cream and 350 ml milk and bring to a boil briefly for 2 min./90°C/level 2.

Add potatoes, broccoli and spices

Add the cooked 500 g potatoes, 500 g broccoli, pepper, garlic powder, paprika powder and vegetable cubes or vegetable powder (1/2 vegetable cube or 1 tsp vegetable powder) and simmer for 10 min./90°C/reverse rotation level 1.
