Description

This vegetable pan with chicken breast is a quick and easy main course, ideal for a balanced diet. The combination of fresh vegetables, tender chicken and creamy cream cheese makes this dish particularly tasty. With a preparation time of only 35 minutes, it is perfect for the end of the working day. Suitable for 4 servings and rich in protein.

Ingredients (15 ingredients)

  • 400 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 1 Zehe Garlic
  • 1 Stück red pepper
  • 1 Stück yellow pepper
  • 200 g Zucchini
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 2 EL Oil
  • 100 ml Vegetable stock
  • 1 TL Curry powder
  • 0.5 TL Paprika powder
  • 100 g Cream cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley

Preparation (7 steps)

Chop onions and garlic

1 onion (approx. 150g) peeled and halved and 1 clove of garlic into the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Scrape down the sides with the spatula.

Sauté onions and garlic

Add 2 tbsp of oil to the chopped onions and garlic in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Prepare and chop vegetables

Clean 1 red pepper (approx. 150g), 1 yellow pepper (approx. 150g), 200g zucchini and 200g mushrooms, cut into bite-sized pieces and place in the mixing bowl. Chop for 4 sec./speed 4. Scrape down the sides with the spatula.

Cook vegetables

Add 100 ml vegetable stock, 1 tsp curry powder, 1/2 tsp paprika powder, salt and pepper to the vegetables in the mixing bowl and cook for 10 min./100°C/reverse rotation speed 1.

Fry chicken breast

Cut 400g chicken breast fillet into bite-sized pieces. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a separate pan and fry the chicken breast in it until it is cooked. Season with salt and pepper.

Add chicken breast and cream cheese

Add the fried chicken breast to the vegetables in the mixing bowl. Add 100g cream cheese and stir in for 3 min./90°C/reverse rotation speed 1.

Season and serve

Season the vegetable pan with chicken breast with salt, pepper and possibly other spices. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
