Description

This paprika and fresh cream poultry dish is a truly comforting delight, perfect for autumn or winter evenings. I often prepare it for a family dinner, and it is always very popular. The poultry, tender and tasty, is enhanced by the creamy paprika sauce. The preparation is simple and quick thanks to the Thermomix®, making it an ideal dish for days when you are short on time. It can be accompanied by rice, potatoes or sweet potatoes for a complete and balanced meal. A real treat!

Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • 2 piece Chicken wing
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 1 c. à soupe Paprika powder
  • 1 c. à soupe Tomato concentrate
  • 1 c. à soupe Fresh cream
  • Oil
  • 1 cube Chicken broth
  • Parsley
  • 4 piece Paris mushroom
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation (8 steps)

Preparation of onions

Thermomix® Setting
3 sec/Speed 5

Peel 1 onion and cut it into quarters. Put the onion in the Thermomix bowl and chop for 3 Sec./Level 5.

Cooking the onions

3 min/248°F/Speed 1 120

Add a little oil to the Thermomix bowl. Sauté the onions for 3 Min./120°C/Level 1.

Adding poultry and spices

10 sec/Speed 3

Add 2 chicken wings, 1 tbsp of paprika powder and 1 tbsp of tomato concentrate to the Thermomix bowl. Mix 10 Sec./Level 3.

Cooking the poultry

Thermomix® Setting
30 min/212°F/Speed 1 100

Cover with water. Add 1 chicken broth cube, salt and pepper. Simmer for 30 Min./100°C/Level 1.

Reducing the sauce

Thermomix® Setting
10 min/Varoma/Speed 1 Varoma

Remove the measuring cup and let the sauce reduce for 10 Min./Varoma/Level 1.

Adding the fresh cream

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/194°F/Gentle stir speed 90 Reverse

Add 1 tbsp of fresh cream to the Thermomix bowl. Mix gently for 2 Min./90°C/Gentle stirring level.

Serve

Thermomix® Setting
1 min/140°F/Speed 1 60

Reheat without boiling for 1 Min./60°C/Level 1 and serve hot. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.

Preparation of mushrooms (optional)

Cut 4 Paris mushrooms into slices. Fry them in a pan with a little oil until golden brown. Add the mushrooms to the poultry before serving.
