  • 6 piece boneless, skinless chicken breasts, trimmed of fat
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 packet peppercorn gravy mix
  • 1 medium onion, sliced into thin rings
  • 2 can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Prepare the gravy mixture

Pour 1 cup of water and 1 packet of peppercorn gravy mix into the Thermomix mixing bowl. Mix for 10 Sec./Stufe 3 to combine.

Slice the onion

Peel and slice 1 medium onion into thin rings. Set aside.

Assemble the casserole

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C). Place 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a 9x13-inch glass baking dish. Arrange the sliced onion rings evenly over the chicken. Spread 2 (10.5 ounce) cans of condensed cream of mushroom soup over the onion slices. Pour the gravy mixture from the Thermomix over the top.

Bake the chicken

Cover the baking dish with a lid or aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, stirring after 30 minutes. Ensure the chicken is no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear. An instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
