Description

These frozen fruit pops are a refreshing treat perfect for hot summer days! I've been making these for my kids for years, and they always disappear in a flash. The combination of watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, raspberries, and strawberries creates a naturally sweet and flavorful popsicle. A touch of lemon juice adds a delightful tang. They're so easy to make with the Thermomix®, and you can customize them with your favorite fruits. These pops are a healthy and delicious way to cool down, and they're naturally vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free!

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 2.5 cups cubed seeded watermelon
  • 2.5 cups cubed cantaloupe
  • 2.5 cups cubed honeydew
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Blend the fruit

Thermomix® Setting
30 sec/Speed 8

Add 2 ½ cups cubed seeded watermelon, 2 ½ cups cubed cantaloupe, 2 ½ cups cubed honeydew, 1 cup thawed frozen raspberries, 1 cup thawed frozen strawberries, ¼ cup white sugar, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice to the mixing bowl. Blend for 30 Sec./Stufe 8 until smooth.

Pour into molds and freeze

Pour the blended fruit juice into molds and cover with aluminum foil. Poke a stick into the center of each mold. Store in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until completely frozen.
