Description

These savory beef patties from the Thermomix® are a protein-rich and hearty main course made with ground beef, onions, and fresh parsley. Preparation in the Thermomix® takes a total of 35 minutes, of which 25 minutes are active working time. The recipe yields 8 servings and is ideal as an inexpensive family meal or for anyone looking for a hearty meal. Seasoned with garlic, paprika, and pepper, the patties are a real treat.

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 500 g Ground Beef
  • 1 Stück Egg - Size M
  • 1 Stück Onion, medium-sized
  • 10 g Parsley
  • 1 Zehe Garlic
  • 1 TL Salt
  • 2 TL Sweet Paprika Powder
  • nach Geschmack Black Pepper from the Mill
  • 1 EL Vegetable Oil
  • 1 EL Clarified Butter

Preparation (7 steps)

Chop Onion

Peel and quarter a medium-sized onion (approx. 100g) and place it in the mixing bowl. Then chop for 3 sec./level 5.

Sauté Onion

Add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil to the chopped onions in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/level 1. Use the spatula to scrape down from the edge.

Chop Parsley

3 sec/Speed 8

Wash 10 g of parsley, shake dry, roughly chop and place in the mixing bowl. Chop for 3 sec./level 8. Transfer.

Prepare Ground Beef

Place 500 g of ground beef in a bowl. Add 1 tsp of salt, 2 tsp of sweet paprika powder and freshly ground black pepper (approx. 3 turns). Add 1 egg size M, the chopped parsley and, if desired, a grated or pressed clove of garlic. Add the sautéed onions as well.

Mix Ground Beef

Thoroughly mix all the ingredients in the bowl with your hands or a spoon until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Form Patties

Form patties of the desired size from the ground beef mixture. For even patties, weigh out approx. 60g each.

Fry Patties

Heat 1 tbsp of clarified butter in a pan over medium to high heat. Add the patties and fry for about 10 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Turn occasionally.
