Description
This oatmeal is a wonderfully warming and satisfying breakfast that can be prepared in no time in the Thermomix®. I love how creamy it becomes when it simmers briefly in the mixing bowl and then steeps for a while. Perfect for cold days or when you need something quick in the morning. With a pinch of cinnamon and some sugar, it becomes a real comfort food. If you like, you can also refine it with fresh fruit or nuts. A great start to the day!
Ingredients (7 ingredients)

4 tbsp Oat flakes

200 ml Milk

50 ml Water

1 pinch Salt

1 tsp Butter
-
1 tbsp Sugar

1 pinch Cinnamon
Preparation (3 steps)
Cook oat flakes
Add 4 tbsp of oat flakes, 200 ml of milk, 50 ml of water and 1 pinch of salt to the mixing bowl and cook for 5 min./100°C/speed 1.
Add butter and let it steep
Add 1 tsp of butter and let it steep for 5 min./no temperature/speed 0.
Season
Season the oatmeal with 1 tbsp of sugar and 1 pinch of cinnamon and serve.
Finished cooking? Great! 🎉
