Description
This quick dessert with caramel is easy to prepare and melts in your mouth. It consists of milk, cream, sugar, Agar Agar and cream cheese. The caramel topping is prepared with sugar, butter, water, almonds and cinnamon. Ideal as a dessert for any occasion.
Ingredients (11 ingredients)

800 ml Milk

200 ml Cream

100 g Sugar

nach Geschmack Vanilla flavoring

3 TL Agar Agar
-
150 g Cream cheese
-
150 g Sugar
-
50 g Butter
-
100 ml Water
-
100 g Flaked almonds
-
0.5 TL Cinnamon
Preparation (7 steps)
Mix milk, cream and sugar
Add 800 ml milk, 200 ml cream and 100 g sugar to the mixing bowl and heat for 8 Min./90°C/Speed 2.
Add Agar Agar and cream cheese
Add 3 tsp Agar Agar and 150 g cream cheese and stir for 30 sec./Speed 3.
Fill into molds and refrigerate
Fill the mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Caramelize sugar
Caramelize 150 g sugar in a pan over medium heat.
Add butter and water
Carefully add 50 g butter and 100 ml water to the caramel and stir until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Add almonds and cinnamon
Stir in 100 g flaked almonds and 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
Spread caramel on the dessert
Spread the caramel on the chilled dessert and serve.
