Description

Diese proteinreichen Pfannkuchen sind ein fantastischer Start in den Tag oder ein sättigendes Dessert! Ich mache sie oft, wenn ich etwas Schnelles und Gesundes brauche. Die Banane sorgt für natürliche Süße und die Haferflocken machen sie schön sättigend. Mit etwas Nussmus und frischen Früchten schmecken sie einfach köstlich. Die Zubereitung ist super einfach und dauert nur wenige Minuten. Ideal für alle, die auf ihre Proteinzufuhr achten oder einfach nur leckere Pfannkuchen genießen möchten. Sie sind glutenfrei und lassen sich wunderbar variieren – probiert es mal mit Beeren oder Schokostückchen!

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 1 piece banana
  • 75 g oats
  • 3 piece eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp protein powder
  • nut butter

1 min 30 sec/Speed 5

Add 1 banana, 75g oats, 3 large eggs, 2 tbsp milk, 1 tbsp baking powder, a pinch of cinnamon, and 2 tbsp protein powder to the mixing bowl. Mix for 1 minute 30 seconds/Stufe 5 until smooth. Check the oats have broken down, if not, mix for another 30 seconds/Stufe 5.

Pfannkuchen backen

Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Pour or ladle in 2-3 rounds of batter, leaving a little space between each to spread. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until bubbles start to appear on the surface and the underside is golden. Flip over and cook for another minute until cooked through. Transfer to a warmed oven.

Restlichen Teig verarbeiten

Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve in stacks with nut butter.
